Terms of the Supply Check

DRAFT plain-English terms, 4 October 2026. The scope, price and payment arrangements for your Supply Check are confirmed with you in writing before any work starts or any payment is taken, and those written terms apply.

What the service is

A Supply Check is a written report on one purchasing requirement: manufacturers identified and checked where evidence allows, pricing, minimum order quantity and lead times, specification comparison, sample options, relevant compliance flags and a recommendation. It is delivered within five working days of the scope being agreed.

Price

£295 fixed price per Supply Check. Whether VAT applies and how payment is made are confirmed in writing before work starts. Sending a brief through this site does not create a contract and does not cost anything.

What it does not include

Placing orders, holding money or goods, on-site factory inspection, production quality control and shipping are not part of a Supply Check. Nothing is purchased on your behalf.

Evidence and limits

The report separates verified facts, supplier claims, estimates and unknowns. It relies on your brief, supplier-provided information and public records, which may be incomplete or change. Compliance notes are risk flags, not legal advice. We do not guarantee supplier performance, prices, availability or any saving, and the decision to buy remains yours.

Confidentiality

We treat your brief as confidential and share details with a supplier only if you ask us to or agree in writing.
