Privacy notice
Short-form notice. Last updated 4 October 2026.
Who is responsible
SupplyRadar decides how your personal data is used. Contact: hello@supplyradar.co.uk.
What we collect
- What you send us in the enquiry form or by email: your name, work email, company, and the details of the product you want checked.
- Where the enquiry came from: the page you landed on, the campaign or link parameters (utm_*), the website you came from, and when you started and sent the form. We keep this in your browser's session storage while you use the site (not a cookie) and add it to your enquiry.
- Basic site statistics. We may use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you across sites.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, decide whether a Supply Check fits, deliver it if you go ahead, and understand which pages and links lead to enquiries. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in running and improving a small business-to-business service. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing. We will only email you about your enquiry or Supply Check.
Who else handles it
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
- Google Workspace provides our email (hello@supplyradar.co.uk).
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form submissions to our inbox and processes them on our behalf.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Enquiry details may also be shared with a supplier only if you ask us to or agree to it in writing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Records of a delivered Supply Check are kept as long as needed for the service and our accounts. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@supplyradar.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
